Not…
Not feeling too swell today. A range of unhappy things happened from getting shot down, to running out of batteries on my wireless keyboard (the mouse is rechargeable), and still having to write this infernal essay. Why my professor finds it imperative to force us all to write on topics which have already been talked out and flogged to death by society at large is beyond me. Either she’s just not getting the conclusions the rest of the world has made, or she really feels we’re that oblivious to the world around us. And why she feels the need to assume that we’re all idiots purely based on the fact that we’re in community college completely eludes me. Of course in her defense, most of the people are mindless, bludgeoning idiots — but who’s really defending her?
All that being said,
I think I’m going to borrow the reigning theme of the day –
which, I’m sure, will prevail through at least December 18, 2007:
FUCK MY LIFE.

Your “professor” (they shouldn’t even be allowed to be called that) sounds like a lazy hag that would rather turn her students off of the subject matter completely, than to think of actual thought provoking topics of discussion.
