I quit drinking though, so there goes that perk. I spent my birthday with my boyfriend, and had a nice dinner. I didn’t get very many gifts, but my brother sent me some money. My boyfriend is going to get me some racing pedals for my car.

Turning 21 wasn’t what I thought it was going to be like. I went to the gas station with Joe to buy him some beer (he’s short on cash), and the dude didn’t even card me. We go there so much so Joe can buy beer himself, the cashier didn’t care anymore. I was so super pissed off.

None of the places/establishments we visited that day had any “birthday specials” or anything so I didn’t get to take advantage of that. And I pretty much didn’t get carded all day.

What a load of bullshit. Well, on the bright side; I did have a nice four day weekend with Joe.
